2010, the NFB of CT will hold a fun day to celebrate the importance
of Braille at Camp Harkness in Waterford.
- The NFB of CT is holding our second annual writing contest! The topic
is "Why my Long White Cane/Guide Dog is a Symbol
of Independence"
- Our next state board meeting will be held in September. Our East of
the River Chapter will host the meeting at our Community Outreach Office
in East Hartford.
- Our State Convention will be held on November 6 & 7, 2010 at the
Holiday Inn in North Haven. More information to come.

- Plan to join us at our
annual national convention when we celebrate the NFB's 70th year! This
year's convention will be held at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX from
