Happy Summer, Everyone!

This is my favorite time of the year-the singing of birds , flowers blooming, their scents filling the air, the sounds of lawn mowers, and the good old smell of outdoor grilling. I hope all of you made it through the winter in the best of health. It goes without saying that it was a weird winter. My crocuses poked their heads out in December and January and the next thing you know, cold weather hit us with a vengeance and we had ice storms to boot!

First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincere apologies for the poor recording quality of the last issue. With the use of a different recorder, the problem hopefully has been resolved.

I hope you will enjoy this issue of The Federationist in Connecticut. It covers the gamut from the new voting technology and what NFB is doing on the political front at this year's Washington Seminar.

As always, I look forward to seeing many of you at upcoming events. So kick back and enjoy!

Esther Levegnale, Editor
