  • Plan to stop by our booth at the CPTV Family Science Expo! Open to the public on Saturday, April 26th from 10am to 5pm.

  • Save the dates! Our 37th annual state convention will be held on October 31, November 1 & 2, 2008, at the Sheraton Hartford Hotel, 100 East River Drive, East Hartford. More information to follow. Please plan to join us!

  • This year's National Convention will be held at the Hilton Anatol Hotel in Dallas, Texas from July 29 to July 5, 2008. Our second annual March for Independence will be bigger and better than ever! Make plans soon to attend!

  • 2008 Braille Calendars are available free of charge from our Community Outreach Office. Call 860-289-1971 or email info@nfbct.org
  • Plan to attend our next meeting of the Board of Directors. The meeting will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2008 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm in Morgan Hall at the First Church of Christ, 250 Main Street, Wethersfield.

  • NFB-Newsline® is offering a new feature! In December, 2006, the National Federation of the Blind partnered with Tribune Media Services to add a television listing option to NFB-Newsline!

  • The next application deadline for the NFBCT-Coccomo Quarterly Grant Program is May 10, 2008..
