The National Federation of the Blind sends sincere condolences to the family of David Bannigan-White, who passed away unexpectedly on August 16, 2009. David was a teacher of the visually impaired and then a mobility instructor at BESB for many years. He is survived by his wife Kate, and nine-year-old daughter, Charlotte.
